- Nintendo Says It Wants To Avoid A Repeat Of Wii U With Switch's Successor. Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa has spoken about the results and the future of the company. “Based on our experiences with the Wii, Nintendo DS, and other hardware, it is very clear that one of the major obstacles is how to easily transition from one hardware to the next.
To help alleviate this risk, we’re focusing on building long-term relationships with our customers. While we will continue launching new software on the Nintendo Switch, we will also provide services that also use Nintendo Accounts and other IP outside of gaming software. We intend for this to help build a lasting impact with our customers.”

- Ngachacha @ngachacha: Let's talk GameCube! Should Nintendo charge us more money for another subscription service for GameCube games OR release HD ports at full price for individual titles because of the strong GameCube library? Either way, sign me up for some more classic Nintendo manipulation.
- BrianEck via Discord: With more games getting delayed recently, do you think it’s conditioning consumers to expect a delay when a release date/window is announced? Should more publishers wait to announce games until they’re in the final stages of development or take the Nintendo approach like with Xenoblade Chronicles 3? Personally, I’m getting tired of delays. And, I get it. I’m all for healthy work conditions and don’t want a game to launch with issues/bugs. I can also understand why a publisher would announce a game early e.g. to build hype and marketing, etc around a game. But the same old yada yada excuses by publishers for delays are becoming more and more tiring. I know people are getting bored of having this conversation but I believe it’s worth having because it’s really impacting the gaming industry. I would bet on Hogwarts Legacy and God of War Ragnarok getting delayed.
- Donnie misses E3 @EatTheHype: Just hear me out... what if June goes by without a Direct? Are we okay with what Nintendo has announced thus far? Cool to wait on a Direct until Aug... Sept... Oct?! 😵
