I know you're interested in watching the horror film, Talk to Me but you mentioned you get spooked easily. So please tell us, what are some horror films that were too spooky, not spooky enough, and which ones had the right amount of spooky spooks for your personal preference?

Sean, let us revisit your childhood for a moment. Were you read to as a child during bedtime and can you remember what your favourite stories or books were? Also, did you in return read to your children? Was being read to or reading significant in any way, or has it been replaced if you look at the present?

SSEEEAAANNN! 😂 I hope you are doing well friend. I just want to say that the energy you bring to the podcasts always puts a smile on my face and on days when I'm not feeling good mentally, I know once I listen to you talk, I genuinely feel lighter and better.

Question: what do you do when you're feeling blue or anxious? At work this past weekend, something really bad happened at the shopping centre I work at and it had me shaking with anxiety. Fortunately, my shakes weren't too bad, so I turned to the staff tea room TV to watch the NHL Global Series game which helped me calm down a bit.
